Student success does not only include academics. It is important to also take care of yourself. The University of Utah has many resources for student well-being. Please make use of any of these resources if you need additional help.

Counseling Center | Individual counseling, group therapy, workshops, etc. |

Center for First-Generation Access | Holistic support for first-generation college students. At the U we consider you a first-generation student if your parents, parent, or guardian did not complete a bachelor’s degree in the United States. |
